Established shipbuilding and repair firm based in Mumbai, India is seeking investment of INR 98 crore for a 15% stake. With a reported sales of INR 60 crore and a run rate of INR 252 crore, and an EBITDA margin of 30-40%, our company is a profitable and established player in the industry.<\/p>\n

We provide a range of services including shipbuilding, repair, chartering, and dredging for government and private clients. Our main clients include the government of India and the Indian Navy, and we have long-term fixed-price contracts with major ports in India and private dredging companies.<\/p>\n

Our assets include 12 vessels worth INR 75 crore, and our rented office space is located in the center of the city. We are currently catering to 10 clients and have a growth rate of 50% YOY. The promoter has experience in the shipping and dredging industry, and our company is registered with various government entities.<\/p>\n

The company is funded by internal resources and has a fund-based loan of INR 15 crore and non-fund based INR 15 crore. We have applied for a further facility of INR 25 crore with the Bank. The company is owned by 5 directors who hold 68% of shares, and the remaining 32% is held by the public.<\/p>\n
