The reason for this funding is that we have an order booked for INR 120 crores and we are in need of immediate funds for working capital.<\/p>\n<p>Our company has been established for over 20 years and currently employs 10-50 people. We are a private limited company and have reported sales of INR 20-30 crore with a run rate of INR 29 crore and EBITDA margin of 10-20%. Our primary industry is waste management.<\/p>\n<p>Our company has a strong track record, having started 22 years ago with over 50 solid waste management project credentials. In the last two financial years, we have observed significant growth. We have had over 500 clients since our inception and we are one of the few companies focused on backward and forward integration for synthetic products and their applications. We also provide water management solutions, but most of our work is with municipalities for waste management and landfill solutions. We have completed over 24 projects for various municipalities and hire temporary workers based on project size.<\/p>\n<p>Our products and services include municipal and hazardous waste landfills, artificial lakes, slope protection works, ground improvement, and synthetic products. Our tangible assets include two-wheelers, stitching machines, synthetic installation machines, office furniture, laptops, desktops, and printers. Additionally, the company owns a guest house worth INR 12 crores. Our office space is located in the center of the city with a total area of 3,200 square feet and we also have a rental warehouse space of 12,500 square feet with a monthly rent of INR 90,000.<\/p>\n<p>The company has two directors and is 100% owned by us. We are funded by a bank loan of INR 12 crores with INR 5 crores cash credit facility and INR 7 crores non-cash facility i.e. bank guarantee and letter of credit facility.
